For the Future of Farming

Career Enquiries

We are the largest producer and distributor of animal feed in the UK, employing more than 900 people in our feed mills, blends plants and sales teams, in our Raw Material and Feeds Marketing departments and in central functions such as Finance, IT, Marketing and HR.

We make and sell feed for cattle, pigs, poultry and game. Our customers include major food producers supplying the big supermarkets, family farms and smallholders with a few chickens. We aim to be the total feeds business, supplying all our customers’ dietary requirements.

We maintain our market leading position through our nutritional expertise, quality products, continuous innovation and excellent customer service. We also export our technology and expertise around the world.

ForFarmers understands consumers’ interest in the security and safety of the human food chain, and we are a major supplier to organic farmers and free range producers. Our mills have to meet rigorous production standards and comply with demanding health, safety and environmental performance measures. The company culture is open and friendly, professional and business-like, creative and entrepreneurial. We take pride in our team spirit and the way we nurture and develop our staff.

The need for an efficient and sustainable agricultural sector, and the requirement to minimise the environmental impact of food production and distribution are also becoming major political issues, so it is an exciting time to join the industry.
