The countdown begins: BFREPA 26th Annual Conference and Exhibition

ForFarmers are thrilled to once again support the Free Range Egg industry by sponsoring and hosting the 2017 British Free Range Egg Producers Association (BFREPA) Conference and Trade Exhibition, which will be held at the National Conference Centre on the 5th October.

BFREPA Conference

Now in its 26th year, the BFREPA conference is the biggest dedicated Free Range Egg industry conference in the United Kingdom, this year 62 businesses will be exhibiting at the trade exhibition, starting at 08:30. Registration will also start at 08:30.

“Strength in Adversity” is this year’s theme, reflecting the hard work undertaken by the industry as a whole when facing challenges.

As always, this year’s Conference promises to spark conversation and debate as a variety of speakers will be taking the stage to provide technical advice, the latest on marketing and consumer trends and commentary on topical issues which impact producers at present.

The programme covers the conference and exhibition allowing the attendees to enjoy the whole day. A flexible lunch and an earlier Conference close, will ensure delegates can enjoy the full exhibition.

One thing which will very much be remaining the same is the highlight of the BFREPA Conference, the BFREPA Free Range Egg Awards, which celebrates excellence in the Free Range Egg industry and Awards producers success. This year, the awards will be presented by Presenter and Agriculture Correspondent, Tom Heap with Alan Dedicoat, voice of Strictly Come Dancing returning to announce the awards.

Tom Welham, ForFarmers Marketing Manager says;

“The BFREPA Conference is very much one of the highlights of the ForFarmers calendar. ForFarmers are delighted to be once again be demonstrating our commitment to the Free Range industry by working with BFREPA to organise and host this very successful event. We look forward to welcoming all the attendees to what promises to be an enjoyable Conference”.
