The ‘Shaping a dairy industry of the future’ seminar hosted in conjunction with the More Project, will outline the pivotal role that dairy producers will play in shaping the future of the wider dairy industry; providing healthy milk, from healthy cows, for healthy people.
The speakers at the event, Neil McAleese from the Ayrshire Growth Board, Dr Emilie Combet-Asprey, Human Nutrition Glasgow University and Vincent Chatellier, Product and Services Marketing Manager at Valorex, will provide their expert analysis of the challenges and opportunities facing the dairy industry and what can be done to secure its long-term growth and success.
