New to the ForFarmers product line up is Calf’s Choice Total 100 (CCT 100) which offers a reliable solution for replacing or supplementing maternal colostrum.
Canadian-based biosciences company SCCL (The Saskatoon Colostrum Company) has been providing natural bovine colostrum products to customers across the world since 1994. The colostrum is heat treated, spray dried and agglomerated into an instant mix powder. The resulting colostrum products can be used to supplement or replace maternal colostrum in calves.
As CCT 100 is made from natural whole bovine colostrum, unlike other products that rely on whey, egg, or synthetic ingredients, it provides calves with essential colostral proteins, growth factors, and nutrients.
“Using whole bovine colostrum ensures that calves receive the same quality nutrition as they would naturally from their mothers, which is crucial for early development,” explains Ann Coombes.
Colostral fat is a vital energy source for newborn calves, helping maintain body temperature and energy levels. The rich colostral fat in CCT 100 supports immediate post-birth needs.

Natural colostrum also contains lactoferrin, lysosome and lactoperoxidase which are essential to maintain health.
CCT 100 is rigorously tested to ensure it is free from harmful pathogens such as TB, EBL, BVDV, IBR, Johne’s, E.Coli, Salmonella, and Brucella. It adheres to GMP+ Feed Safety Assurance standards.
